GEOCELL PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

GeoMax® HDPE Geocell is a durable and high-strength cellular confinement system used for soil reinforcement, erosion control, and load support. It is our understanding that the material used in its manufacture is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which has been found to exhibit excellent resistance to UV exposure, chemical corrosion, and environmental stress.

Product Advantages:

GeoMax® geocells have been observed to feature high tensile strength, excellent resistance to deformation, and long-term durability under dynamic and static loads. The honeycomb structure has been found to effectively confine infill material, which, in turn, has the potential to improve load distribution and reduce lateral movement. Their lightweight and compact design allows for easy transportation and quick installation, which can lead to significant reductions in construction time and labor costs. GeoMax® also utilizes ultrasonic welding technology, ensuring strong and uniform seams for enhanced structural integrity in demanding conditions.

GeoMax® geocells have been certified to ISO and CE standards, and they find wide application in road construction, slope protection, mining, and environmental engineering.
